• Where can I spend my Hoppers Club rewards points?

  You can spend your points to: 

  ·         Purchase a drink from any of the bars at the Hoppers Club

  ·         Dine in the Hoppers Club Bistro or afternoon tea in Café Express180

  ·         Purchase a Hoppers Club Gift Card, a great gift for a friend or family member.

• How can I check my points balance?

  You can check your points balance at any of the Rewards Kiosks throughout the club, or by asking a staff member when you use your card at any point of sale outlet.

• Who is the Member Services Team?

  Hoppers Club has a team of friendly Member Services Staff who are on hand to answer any of your questions and help you get the most out of your Hoppers Club membership

• How can I find out more information?

  Visit the Clubs Reception, one of the friendly Member Services team will be on hand to answer any of your questions and help you get the most of your Hoppers Club membership.

• How do the Reward Tiers work?

  As you accumulate points you may be eligible to be promoted to a new Rewards Tier. There are 5 separate Rewards Tiers, each offering even greater rewards. View Diamond Rewards Brochure <here>

• How do I become a Member?

  It’s Easy – Become a Member in 2 easy steps:

  1.       Complete a membership form below or click <here> to download one.

  2.       Visit the Club with your photo ID

  You will be issued with a membership card on the spot so that you can start enjoying the Member benefits straight away.
